My Open Source Projects

Hello,

I am aware that I haven’t been able to finish one of these softwares that I have promised. Even though I have excuses e.g lack of test platform, time constraint etc. it doesn’t explain this much of delay:( The first project which will go alive will most probably be AdaDNS;

•       A specialized software to manage DNS resource records in BIND through an admin and user   panel.
•       will be developed by thiking ISP in mind, that small and medium size business enterprises or end users could use.
•        will be developed by thinking performance in mind
•        Web interface will be user friendly and nice as much as possible:)
•         Any suggestions welcome before going alive and after.

Here in this page, I will get feedbacks from those who use my documentation and some pieces of software. Here is the current picture of my projects;

• Postfix Virtual Documentation Project: http://www.postfixvirtual.net
• Postfix Manager: No dedicated page and the final version hasn’t been published yet.
• Avamis Spamassassin Manager: No dedicated page and the final version hasn’t been published yet.
• Bandwidth Manager: This is an bandwidth manager software written in PHP and PERL. It also uses rrdtool to provide graphical statistics and will be published as soon as possible.
• BIND Configurator: This is a software configuring zones in BIND graphically and distributes zones into the other servers with the help of client and server side perl scripts.

Even if some of these softwares are at their mature states, I couldn’t publish them. Once I find atmosphere and time good enough to develop these softwares, I will be back to the open source world again. Until then, you can contribute to these projects with your comments and ideas.
